PTA registration problem. Help Required

AOA I recently purchased a phone 'One plus 8 Pro' for myself and wanted to get it registered with PTA. The problem is that I requested for a PSID code which is required for payment. I received it once and it got expired because I didn't know that it had 1 week validity. Now when I applied for a new code it gave a message that the new PSID will be generated soon along with the Tax charges.
Its over a week now and I still didn't receive it. I cannot cancel the request or apply for a new PSID because it gives an error that the previous request isnt processed yet. Filed a complaint at PTA, they said the fault is at FBR's end. PTA has nothing to do with PSID generation. FBR does that.

Now I cannot receive a new PSID because the previous request isn't processed and can't register my phone. Can anyone help me out. Can I do it manually or something?

There may have been some changes in the exact amount, which is why FBR is taking time to calculate the value of your device and the amount of tax they should apply on it.

You should have paid with the first PSID before it expired since the tax will most likely be higher when you get a new PSID issued.

I applied for a PSID for a Galaxy A71 in February and it was generated with the total tax amount on the 8th of June. So you can imagine how slow this DIRBS process works.

Typical of PTA though, taking no responsibility for their own shit portal.

Bro this new Tax system is pathetic AF. We, the end user is suffering from it. First of all, Charging stupendous amount of tax on a cellphone is a crime. I paid less tax for 1000CC Car with lifetime token than what I am paying for my cellphone. There is no facilitation at all. They cant even manage the system. Why would you implement it in the first place.

I submitted two complaints and both have resolved status without even solving the problem lol. Typical Pakistani System.
