Yeah, From's games are easy. You can pretty much grind for an hour in an area and get overpowered enough to destroy the nearby boss. People have been doing this in JRPGs for ages lol.
The one exception is Sekiro, where leveling up is tied to defeating boss. But players are afforded a spammable deflect mechanic, a simple rock-paper-scissors loop for countering most unblockables, and infinite stamina for dashing/rolling around, which more than makes up for it.
