I has been brought into my attention that people are having issues regarding resetting their passwords e.g they are not getting the reset password emails, the background cause of this issue is that email service providers like: gmail, outlook/hotmail and yahoo have made certain changes in order to fight spam and now other servers (like pakgamers) also require to be compliant with those new set of rules / configuration. I have made those certain changes which were in my hands, now I will see whether that will going to work or not (requires 24hrs DNS propagation time), if that didn't work then the problem must be at our upstream provider and that will become a pain in arse if it goes into that direction..hopefully it will not..so lets see!
People who needs to reset their passwords please send a manual email to me directly at: bilal at pakgamers.com in the following format (else their requests will be rejected)
Subject: PG Account Password Request - Username
PG Username: xxxx
Email Address which is registered with the username: [email protected]
I will send the new password at the email address which is registered with the username.
