If you would have come today the whole lounge was full and only 3 XB360's systems were free and 5 of my regular BO2 Boys went back after waiting there for about 45mins so i felt bad for them but they understand and they're my great customers

Thanks i'm glad you like it and of course when it comes to rates that's not a problem as im in-charge there maybe you guys might have or might've not noticed that you guys played a little more than 1 hour and i charged you all for just 1 hour well i'm just saying hehe...

and for the gamers who showed up thanks to them and who did'nt or could'nt showed up it's ok and it's not a problem and there's no need to blame anyone for anything or to get into a arguement sometimes i can't even manage to be somewhere on time and i already missed the Mehndi of my best friend's wedding coz i get so much busy in weekdays and usually our customers love to crash on weekdays mostly and on sundays i take off's but for PG meetup i was there but inshahallah whatever you guys plan for next meetup and if it'll be my place i'm always there for everyone

Just a suggestions, can you guys get two more PCs for a proper 5 on 5?
Also, can you guys lower the PCs so short people like myself can connect mouse/keyboard/headphones etc without being monkeys if needed?

Don't keep an event this quickly after the previous one... try making it after a few weeks if possible...

also don't think that booking the whole place would be wise since , the place is quite big even bigger than EV so that was really good, lots of space @Link nice place

Whatever the new meetup date is, I am in if there are more than 10 people. Because i want to play 4v4 in COD atleast.... Since the meetup just happened tomorrow, so it would be good to alteast postpone it till feb and make it 9feb. That would be awesome but its just a suggestion

Bro, outcome of this meetup is in front of you. Need I say more?

I did not confirm my availability because the date chosen for this meetup did not suit me. Similarly, several other members were on the same page as me.

While polling is a useful medium to determine where majority stands on the subject, organizer should also take in to consideration the suggestion of those who voted differently. Those who showed-up in this meetup cannot show up on a different Saturday or Sunday? I refuse to believe this.

The cue that I get from voting and responses in this thread is that some people were either in hurry or wanted this meetup to occur as soon as possible rather then settle for a date in which much larger audience could show up. I think that this meetup was rushed. 1 month argument is invalid; people arrange meetups even after 2 or 3 months period but set such a date in which large audience can show-up.

By the way, my intention is only to wisen some people here.

IMO, Saturday evening is a great time for extra-curricular activities. However, this is just one of the options.

The point was that this day was mutually decided. If you can't come on this day then it doesnot mean that the organizer should select another for 2-3 people only. Like I said before it was mutually decided. I have decided not to show up on any more meetups instead Ill ask [MENTION=19355]blade[/MENTION] , [MENTION=16945]HMS1193[/MENTION], [MENTION=21813]Spyder[/MENTION], [MENTION=25983]AbbY[/MENTION] etc to arrange our gaming scene and play together since only we show up on the meetups.

'Roti tukkar' can be decided on the spot; loads of places in the vicinity, and H block is pretty close so shouldn't be a problem.
