Both me and Goldie already have a PS4.
In any case, PC version isn't gonna fix the generic and boring open world or the lack of any memorable character. The playability, due to FoV, control and high frame rate options, will significantly increase for the better though.

what do you mean finally? Ive already played it on PS4, Now its time to experience it in its full glory without it being limited to outdated hardware.
Also, remember to turn on HDR especially for Frozen Wilds if you guys have displays which support them.
Frozen Wilds is what made me an HDR believer after a bunch of games had lackluster support.

HDR is hit or miss on windows hope it works as intended. Though Im sure it will looks awesome on my TV regardless.

It's .... it's almost as if it's based on a certain piece of hardware that came out in 2013 that the game runs on too

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
