Lol this is exactly what I was doing while going through your post. Read on polygon that performance mode is the way to go since there is no performance cap at 1080p and although its not 60 fps its still way above 30fps mark.

According to the video, i'll be sticking to the CB 4K mode. It has rare drops to 29 FPS but otherwise is capped to 30 FPS.

The performance mode is very wildly inconsistent, it's more like the Final Fantasy XV performance mode.

There's probably gonna be a few announcements at E3 for games releasing around the Holiday period. Let's see.

But yeah, overall 2018 is good but not as good as 2017.
