Oneplus 3 or Honor 8

Should I go for a used Oneplus 3 from local market with only checking warranty or Honor 8 with warranty?

Or any other phone within the range?

If OP3 is in 10/10 condition with accessories then that's the natural choice. Huawei phones suck ass.

Oneplus 3 has it's accessories and condition seems good so far and I am a diehard for that sexy amoled and much superior specs.
On the other hand I am really worried about getting something damaged and Pakistan's market probably has no spare parts for Oneplus.

I have used Huawei P9 which is similiar to honor8.
Currently I am using Oneplus 3.
In OP3 you get 5.5 amoled display, 64gb memory, 6gb ram, dash charging & most important vanilla andriod experience with quick updates as compared to Huawei phone.
In P9 you get leica dual camera, Emui interface with themes option & local warranty.
In the end it totally depends on your preference, although phone with official warranty is safe option.

well its a mix
oneplus 3 has highend specs 64gb and 6gb ram but no sd card,5.5 inch amoled display a good cam but battery sucks as it has less battery than oneplus 3t, 2ndly android o will be the end for oneplus 3/3t as per oneplus forum and as it z without warranty so no parts available here
honor 8 has lot better battery than oneplus 3 , though in benchmarks it is less than oneplus 3 sd 820 but in real life you wont feel a difference, 4gb 32 gb in local warranty with parts available, honor 8 cam z far better than oneplus cam,and it also has sd card, but IPS display though quite good but oneplus has amoled
