need some info/help

Hi guys,

I have a serious problem I do not know if this is the right forum to discuss.

I'm using Jazz Sim. Two time I hear another male voice, when i am talking to my family member. When i hear voice, The call is automatically end. I even hear one male saying awaz ni a rai. Maybe someone tracking my number or hacked?

I contact jazz support. He said call forwarding feature is enable on your number. I ask him to let me know the number where my call forwarding is. how the feature is enabled. He said we do not have this information. He send me the code to erase it. ##002#

Now I'm worried. It had never happened before. Where should I contact for this problem? Maybe I need to change sim?

Try in a different phone. If the issue still occurs, then have them issue a fresh SIM card.

If the issue still occurs after new SIM, then you'll have to raise another complaint with them.
