Need some guidance in the Playstation scene - Lahore-

Hi, so i just bought my first ever PS4 yesterday but have no idea in knowing how to go about it. I was suggestedd by a friend to make a US account so as to avail the offers and stuff but now i find that finding a region 1/region all game is really difficult. Is there a good marketplace in Lahore from where i should buy these games and also the concept of resale of games is very weird for me.

Any and all help is appreciated.

You dont need to get reg1 games, any reg games can work on any reg ps4 and/or psn account.
This reg1 psn account thingy is just a trend here in Pakistan, coz u know there is no any official Pakistani psn store.

Baqi you dont need specific reg games for ur ps4 reg 1 psn account.

definitely make a US account but a europe account too as most games sold here are region 2 so you'll not be able to reedem codes unless you have region 2 account.
Resale often depends on title 500 to 1k is the normal exchange rate the higher it is depends on the title.
I use daraz.pk to buy all my games their rates are cheaper and products are new selaed.
