Need input on wtb cpu air cooler for (13700k/13900k)

I am not sure which CPU (13700k/13900k) I will go for but I need the cooler for it

I prefer Air Cooler (like Noctua NH-D15 Chromax)

I am in Karachi

Please guide and give options that are available in Pakistan

The cooler (LGA 1700) bracket out of the box or kit included ofc

the case is Lian Li LANCOOL III and

Also looking for Z790 motherboard
