Need help enabling HDR on TCL tv

My ps4 pro states that HDR is not enabled on my TV.

I am not sure if my TV supports, it's a 65 inch TCL 4k tv which I bought last year.

I do believe it comes with HDR support, I just need help enabling it.

Any help?

I think u need to go into manual HDMI setting in PS4 then u can enable it

make sure you are using hdmi 1 connection for your PS4 pro and to enable hdr you have to go in settings of tv and enable it manually .

I have enabled HDMi 2.0 in settings but the PS4 still claims my TV does not support HDR, so I guess it doesn't. Bummer.

BTW, any way of knowing which model my TV is? I have misplaced the box.

1. Press on your remote to go to the Home screen
2. Scroll up or down and select Settings
3. Press the right arrow button and select System
4. Press the right arrow button and select About
5. This will bring you to the System Info page

Another way is to look at the backside of your TV .their will be a sticker that will have your TV model written on it with some other info like made in China etc.

first of all tell us tv model. p2 p602 c2 and so on. second try going to menu>system>advanced settings>and enable HDMI 2.0. once done check behind on tcl which port have 2.0 near it. and plug hdmi in that. after that go to setting in ps4 and enable hdr. and that it. i have tcl p6.
