Hi there, You need to increase your budget for GTA 5 1080P 60 FPS, You will need GTX 1050ti. if your budget is 21k then you will get this card self only in 21k ruppees.

NI bhai 20k men kuch ni hoga, second hand Laptop ayega jispe ye games shayd 10 FPS pe bhi na chalen.

Core 2 Quad Q9650 3.0 GHz processor with 8 gb RAM and 320 Gb HDD with stock motherboard (BUY USED BRANDED DELL MACHINE WITH THESE SPECS) it will cost you around 10-12 thousand, add some more money and get a HD 6970 or 7970 maybe GPU will bottleneck CPU because 7970 is a 2k beast. when you have some more money get a new case and also buy a overclocking MOBO and Booom! Core 2 Quad Q9650 overclocked to 4.0 GHz
