Hello everyone,
Its been long that I wanted to get an entry level DSLR camera. From the recent searches I came to know that the prices have somewhat reduced so I thought to benefit myself from the senior members of photographic section.
I have found these two to be in my range and from my online search the picture taken by them appear excellent.
1. Canon EOS 1100D
Canon EOS 1100D 18-135 Lens Price in Pakistan. Online Shopping
2. Canon 600D
Canon 600D DSLR Camera Body Only in Pakistana
Comparatively the price of 1100D is lower than the later and so would make a substantial convincing factor. The questions that I have in mind are;
1. I heard Canon are easy to use and are at par with point and shot cameras. To what extent the statement is correct?
2. Reason for getting canon is that I heard that there is a motor in canon's camera body for the lens to auto focus which are absent in Nikon. So the lenses of Nikon are too costly. Again, is it correct?
3. Being a newbie, I wanted to know are the canon cameras user friendly and not complex?
I am not planning on going out and become a photographer overnights but the camera will be used for family pictures and perhaps a few picnics.
Will appreciate your guidance.
Regards
