Nayatel VOD

I recently got my nayatel internet installed and my package is Unlimited data 30 Mbps (1024 GB fair usage policy). Now I have received VOD (Video On Demand) for free as its my first month. I've noticed some spike in my data usage as soon as I use VOD, after contacting Nayatel, they said that VOD is not linked with your data/bandwidth at all. Can someone tell me if their VOD actually consumes data from my 1024 GB limit.

VOD is free for Joy box and app. Other then that there will be monthly charges for it. VOD won't consume limit data anyway
