Hi, I have recently ordered nayatel's cable tv service.. I need reviews about it.. When I first email them about it, the guy called and said there will installation charges of 600 and material charges but when I spoke to sales dept, the lady said if you r ordering it for the first time, there R no charges.. So I placed the order on the call.

Can someone share their review about the quality and channels please?

I don't watch it (my parents do). What they've told me is that the quality is good, its stable/reliable, but they keep changing some channels.

Nayatel tv service is good and stable. I am using their hd box and father is using their normal cable. Overall pretty satisfied. I mostly watch epl and champions league matches which they provide through bein sports hd.

Edit: And yes very rarely channels are affected by extreme weather like storm or heavy rain as they are providing it through satellite.

Thank you so much for the feedback..

I was asking about internet speed coz I have used PTCL Smart TV which is shit as whenever I use to download something on torrents, TV would just start glitching lol.. But I guess nayatel is good.. I am getting good feedback from everyone.

I wished they provided Indian channels as well and I would not think of reactivating my DishTV HD.

I am nayatel user since last 5 years, i have standard CATV (not HD). It comes with around 70 PEMRA approved channels and the quality is really good. You can split the cable upto max 4 TVs so each TV can watch whatever channel you want. Internet service is not related to TV in any way.

We should not be comparing PTCL to Nayatel at all. NTL is an another league of their own. Lol

Why is that so? Ptcl's routing is messed up and customer support doesnt have any idea about latency or gaming lol.. If u are not a gamer than I can understand but nayatel has launched unlimited packages too.. It has 1TB FUP but PTCL has the same limit under 20Mbps packages.

The thing about PTCL is that they attract customers with flashy packages, but then they are unable to maintain the quality of service over time.

I have FTTC since 2012 (most didn't have it at that time) till today, their quality is going down. I think same will be the case with their Fiber. Great at the start & crappy as time flies by.

I have used PTCL since 2012 and I rarely had issues with it but gaming is terrible on it.. Secondly if its working fine it would not give u any issues but when its down, it would be very hard to get that fixed lol..

I am happy with Nayatel and thank Wahaj Siraj to replying to my tweet and giving me the connection :)

The user was referring to the FTTH service. I've been using it for the past 3-ish months and haven't faced a single outage after the initial month. Pings are the best in the region (99ms off-peak to dota2 SEA servers and 130 to EU). Download speeds are constant. Upload rate is the same as download now (50 and 50). Totally satisfied.

Nayatel Cable TV service quality is very good. I suggest you opt for their Digital Box service - it has both SD/HD channels and works independent of internet.

Opt for their Unlimited Bundle Plus too with internet as it gives dedicated 30Mbps speed with unlimited volume for Facebook/Google/Netflix. Wont effect your gaming :)

Yes I am using Unlimited Bundle from the beginning. I have realized that they only have unlimited packages now. No more limited packages available.
I am not using the cable service anymore as no one watches TV at home now.
Netflix and online news only
