My Windows Going Hell Slow, after updating NVIDIA Latest UPDATE | Need Help Urgent

Assalam o Alaikum, guys i need ur help,
my Windows going hell slow after updating NVIDIA latest update, its working fine on version 471.96

GPU is GTX 1080 G1,
Windows installed on NVME Samsung 970 evo plus
PSU HX850i Corsair

Note: first time got problem in windows 11, then i reinstalled windows 10 but unfortunately problem is still there,. then i installed nvidia version 471.96. its working fine on it!

Maybe it's just a bad driver for GTX 1080, wait out for the next one. Although I can't help but wonder what is the correlation between that driver and windows becoming sluggish after it getting installed

bro tried different nvidia drivers but still same issue! i have tried also the above v471.96

is there anybody who are using GTX 1080 G1 gigabyte GPU??? kindly tell which nvidia gpu driver u r using!!!
