I edited my post. Check the link I posted.

It has all the files required you need to flash.

DM-verity is handled by Magisk, RMM is gone in Android Pie, so you don't need that anymore.

I followed the instructions from your link and now i am running custom rom of soldier. [emoji16]
There is no oem unlock option available in developer settings.
Nothing strange as the guide mentioned it would happen.

Happy to help.

Since your bootloader is already unlocked, OEM unlock option disappears to prevent accidentally being disabled while you're on a custom ROM.

It will show up if you flash back to stock.
