Since pc helpdesk is the biggest sub section of pakgamers I found it necessary to make a guideline for members who want to help others and who want to get some information from this forum.
This section is reserved for PC hardware, members can use this section for these purposes:-
• If you want some help on purchasing a pc component make a thread here.
• If you are facing any type of problem in your pc make a thread in this section.
• If you see any troubleshooting or hardware conflicts make a thread here.
• For any type of information on hardware installing, drivers troubleshooting, high pc temperatures, keyboard, mouse, monitor or any other hardware trouble feel free to post it here.
You can easily get your required information (on hardware) from here but first of all you need to know about something regarding hardware section. We already write many guides for members moreover I will give you some details on how identify the error in your pc. Hardware team and other members wrote many guides on different hardware components some links of these hardware guides are given below.
The second most important thing for you is to gain some information about your hardware and for this purpose you need to know about some useful software for checking the specs and working of your hardware. Moreover if you want to overclock your hardware you need almost all of these software. Some important software for these purposes are mentioned below.
• CPU-Z (for processor and memory specs)
• GPU-Z (for graphics card specs)
• HARDWARE MONITOR (for checking pc temperatures)
Or
• CORE TEMP (for checking pc temperatures)
• MSI AFTERBURNER (for graphics card overclocking)
Or
• EVGA PRECISION (for graphics card overclocking)
• HD TUNE (hard drive checking software)
• PRIME95 (for PC stability checking)

Creating a new thread;-
Feel free to make a new thread in pc helpdesk about your pc problem. But what you have to do is to mention the complete details of your problem.
If you want to buy a new pc please tell your maximum budget for pc upgrading. Moreover also mention your complete system specs. If you want to buy a new pc or having troubles in your pc please mention detail of these things:-
• Processor
• Motherboard
• Graphics card
• Power supply
• Memory
For power supply it is better to give more details on power supply. If you got a branded power supply like corsair, antec please mention its model and if you are using an unbranded power supply please checkout the CURRENT rating from the power supply and give its details here. You have to check the back of the power supply and note the +12v rating from the back of the power supply. Note the numbers of AMP no +12v rail and post it here. Keep one thing in your mind that for processor, motherboard and graphics card power delivery you only need to check the rating of +12v.
FOR BUYING GUIDE\HELP:
Use the following templates and answer these questions if you want buying or upgrading advices.
All these questions are not necessary but quoting and answering these questions will help you getting much better response from senior members. some most important questions are :
• Please use simple language in the forum.
• Please do not use harsh language in the forums.
• Please try to post a single meaningful reply instead of replying same thing again & again.
• If you have knowledge on a particular thing please try to give a brief answer.
• If you think you deserve a HARDWARE GURU Achievement please contact me or any other hardware moderator regarding this because you can’t directly get this achievement

These are some mostly used tags in helpdesk section & instead of “WANT” use “NEED” because if you use W this thing will conflict with market place threads.
I will try to update the tags in start and then people will recognize this thing with time. Moreover if you can’t choose suitable tags for your thread leave it as it is. Also it’s not necessary to use a tag but if you use the help you will definitely get better response.
• Please give all details on your query by using the above mentioned details.
• Please mention your complete pc specs as mentioned above
• Try to get information from a guy with good experience
• If a person is spamming In your thread please let me know about it via pm/vm or hit the report button
