Lg g3 wifi not connecting

Salam everyone. I sent lg g3 from abroad to my mother in lahore but for some reason wifi is not connecting in the mobile its saying not in range or it will disappear from the list. There are 4 other mobiles connected to same wifi woriking fine except for lg g3. I tried hard resetting it and it would connected to wifi but only for coulle of days.
If someone know how to fix this problem kindly let me know.

It happened with me when I had two wifi connections saved on my phone with similar name "PTCL-BB".
I think my mobile phone had problems because of that.
Deleting saved settings/pw reconnecting after renaming wifi worked for me.

Another issue can be ROM related, are you using a custom ROM?

Try renaming wifi and update again. Stock ROM should be fine for connectivity.
Please also try to connect mobile phone to another wifi and see if it shows any problems there. This will confirm whether problem lies within phone itself or wifie.

I did try renaiming and changing the password but it showed for a moment and disappeared again. And after that it was showing not in range.

Bro have you tried some other wifi ? or you can make any phone a hotspot and check if your LG connect fine with that, also force it to use only 2.4ghz band if you are using PTCL router

I believe you must be on stock 4.4(most common on g3 right now). Its the most glitched and buggy rom out there. Just root>twrp>any custom 6.0 rom. And everything would work like charm.

Note: Keep stock backup just in case!

Unfortunately it won't work! Just use adb and cmd. Download drivers and "mini adb"
