Is there Cyber crime law in Pakistan.

There is a guy who is harrassing my sister over facebook messages saying all kinds of bad and dispicible things to her and abusing her for no reason.He even posted my sister's facebook picture on some website.I checked out the guy's profile and I managed to trick him into giving me his mobile number,address and other information as he is a private tutor and I acted as a student.But I dont know what to do as I don't have any backing and Iam just a kid.Are there any cyber crime laws in pakistan with which I could get him.He is even now messaging my sister on fb through different ids and harassing her.

Laws are there for cyber crime. Only if you have the evidence to provide it. Share it with me...

I need all the information. Plus facebook access and his last chat log. Secondly, want you to report this to your local area nazim for harrasment of this facebook to him. Bring it in his knowledge.

Secondly, share all the authentic information.... Cause if this prooves wrong, you will be jailed for communication on false attempt for 15 years. Do think before sharing this info... If I ask someone into this.... Apni hifazat khud karna agar galt nikli ye baat.

Conclusion :

Shahbazi has not yet provided me his legitimate proof. He is insisting he is sending me the email which he receives on his sister's email id and has access to it, where he is not providing me the access to Facebook where he is scared that his sister would know ? ? ? Logically speaking, how is this possible... When someone is making a thread for help or knowledge and one comes to his help. He only provides an email access which has got no proof......

After continous exchanges of PM's.... I am still not satisfied with his justification... WHAT WILL I DO WITH THE EMAIL... ACHAR DALOON US KA ?



Asking me to ban him as he seems that I am ridiculing him and asking me to delete all those threads which he made mistakenly ( sigh ) ..... Where I am asking for the access for his help on the facebook to help him....

I find his threads to be non serious and expect all the members to avoid giving him such help.
