Core i5 3570
12GB Ram
Rx 480 / RX 570 / GTX 970
500w PSU

It will be capable enough of stable 60fps on medium to high graphics at 1080p. It will cost around 35-40k.
Bro shouldn't I buy Core i3 9100F instead of Core i5 3570? Its latest 9th gen tech and has little better performance than 3rd generation i5..

Bro after so much research I think Best processer for budget build is Core i3 9100F.. 3770 and 3750 both are very old generation cpus Furthermore Test and Benchmark shows that 9100F gives better framerates when it comes to gaming at 1080p. What do you say guys.. Am I right? Should I really go for 9100F processor?

It certainly is, however, if the Ryzen competition was avail, I would have gone for that.
Regardless, wait a little bit, 9th gen prices are going to get cut down once the 10th gen floods the market.

Ryzen maybe cheap in India, USA and Canada but In Pakistan many shopkeepers are still like Intel is the best despite Much better competition with AMD its prices are not good in Pakistan.. I find lots of Ryzen cpus overpriced in Pakistan because of Lack of Nohow about it and Currently it has very less demand and sellers are selling it at so expensive rates that Intel looks like a good deal.
I still cannot find Ryzen 3100 or 3300X in Pakistani online shops however there are Ryzen 3xxx mid range series and high end but Budget version of Ryzen 3000 is still not available in Pakistan.. Ryzen 3600 is like 40k rs while i3 9100f is like 18~20k rs.

Bro plzz tell me best Micro-ATX motherboard for core i5 9100F which has dvi, hdmi, usb3.0, sata 3 and very few pci slots.. I am thinking about building small form factor Pc instead of long tower.. So that carrying and moving such PC would be very Easy!

Personally, I found the MAG series from MSI to be pretty good these days.

They're a bit on the pricier side but all things considered, they are good.

I believe its the MSI Series launched to fill in the tiers the ASUS TUF Series has created.
But in Comparision, the MAG is certainly better in build quality.

And yeah, 20K. Like, DAMN!
But 3 years warranty, that's good.

The ASUS and Gigabyte boards are O K too. - However, these boards in my experience have died a lot more often than not. (Usually within the first year). I remember going khuwar with their warranty again and again and ended up just moving on to a higher-end board. (same issue with my friend).

So for the price, at least you'll be settled.

Regarding my advice on ITX builds.
I do not recommend that, as we live in Pakistan and our weather and dust conditions would certainly not let them live beyond their prime years.
Plus, troubleshooting them becomes a pain and when we live in this country's weather.
You'll definitely be doing that from time to time.

Just my take on this. :D

Sorry for the late response.
Yar, currently in this economy.
It is extremely hard to build an up to date system within 50K.

I recommend getting a console for video games and spending around 15-18k on a used branded system to get your day to day life on computer going.

Any case should be good enough, honestly.
Get any around 6000 to 8000rs.

Regarding PSU,
Well, it really depends.
Gold is always better than Bronze but bronze isn't a bad deal either.

The only thing that matters is the quality of the PSU.
Currently, these are the ones I recommend, staying assured they wont cause you any harm down the line.

Corsair CV, TX-M and RMx series.
Thermaltake Grand series.
(They are pricey, very pricey but they're the only ones I'd get to live worry-free). You should be able to find them in the market, though they need some looking out for because they are the only good pieces available in the whole country.

If you get used, (Which I don't recommend but if left with no choice, ONLY look for these brands/series).
Antec
Seasonic
CoolerMaster GX-m
Corsair TX (Gold label)
