Nothing beats the Apple AirPods, and for gym you want Pro with in-ear design but these are expensive af, reasonable alternative would be Tronsmart Spunky Pro, in-ear, TWS, BT 5.0, IPX5 waterproof, deep bass, geared towards listening rather than calls, mics are decent but it doesn't have Qualcomm ANC chip.
ANC = Active Noise Cancelling
Some of the higher-end competitors of Apple's AirPod use Qualcomm QCC3020 chip for ANC processing along with aptX for better sound. It is not a must have chip though, some of the earphones achieve "noise reduction" by design, mic placement or quad mics etc.
Can't check all the boxes with one product, or it will cost you a kidney. Bottom line is: Decide your "use case scenario", now to fit your requirement, make a list of features you need, then prioritize them:
-Must Haves
-Good to have
-Bonus
If you will use the headphones during running, then get the ones that snugfit in-ear all the way, like AirPod Pro and not like AirPod 1 or 2. If you are going to use them for listening music during your workout then focus on sound quality, music, bass etc, but if you're going to use them on the go making calls, then focus on getting ones with ANC and good mics etc.

So which one is better? Genuine Redmi air dots or Tronsmart coz both prize are almost the same!
Original redmi dots user here, they are "meh" at best. And yes, there is latency/delay, I play the piano on my phone sometimes as I used to play the piano as a kid in the past. The latency is very noticeable and honestly a deal breaker for me personally. Anyone looking to game with these, just avoid and go with either more expensive wireless buds, or get a good quality wired pair
Guys I am in the same boat looking for a pair of good Bluetooth earphones but don't want to break the bank already have jabra elite 65T but they are not with me at the moment so need something for the time being....primary use case would be while riding a bike and some casual YouTube surfing+some gaming(thinking if they might connect with Xbox series x as well)
I have NAKAMICHI N-Energy Plus earbuds. If u know what nakamichi is & whats sound quality it can deliver.
