How to Play WOW for Free (Guide updated to WOTLK 3.3.3a WOW Arthas server)

just a offtopic question: is any one playing on Magic-WoW?

@deso: how long have u been playing Pserver and when did u went to retail? after playing for more than 5years on Pserver i.e. WoWscape than Magic - WoW I am now seriously thinking to get a retail account since I heard Cata will remain be a dream for Pserver due to its heavy server side requirements.

if u can afford it man Retail is well worth the money
i too have played too much on Private Servers but its not worth the time u spend on Characters there

I play on Gamer District too infact I was getting my whole guild transfered there but GD admins facked up with the transfer process so we are now staying on Magic ( I am managing the biggest Horde Guild on Magic WoW with the name " Furor".

I got horde char on GD but its been a lot of time I didnt signed it.
Lock -> Socratez
Pala -> Danmed

aint playing with those since i am tired of constant server down issues and I am seriously not use to of that creepy " .SAVE " all the time for magic so far it has a best dev team they created their own emulator making almost 15-20 fixes on daily basis, got more than 3500 population on server on peek days its +4k.

2. its around $12. You can do the math.

guyz I am having some serious latency issues now tired of 800+ ms its totally unplayable now with PTCL 1MB DSL landline connection.

gimi an advice does http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/ZTE/ZXDSL531B/World_of_Warcraft.htm makes the latency better, or is there any other way to improve it?

ahh phir maybe server prob...i dnt get this much on any server nd i gt ptcl 1mb too...nd its DEAD nwadays...never dwnld speed abve 45kbps....i cant say fr sure abt magic wow cuz i cant play on it...wenever i go its site to make account it asks me to login to my account whch i dont have...

<------ new guy here (well not exactly new joined long ago but never was active enuf)

Dropped by here since i saw a lot of pakis left wow-arthas (now merged with Heroic-wow, US based host ). Yes the latency did go up for us pakis from 30ish-70ms to 250-350ms but its still very playable over here. I'm currently in the most organized PvE guilds (also got some pakis inguild like "venom" Tauren warrior and some other pakis too) at horde side (Drums of War).

All those who cant afford the pure awsumness of awsum Retail (like me) are welcome. Would be nice too see more pakis on there again .

i had thought of going back to heroic due to the regular crashing of gamer district nd cuz lot of my friends still there...played on it one day nd got so angry at those server admin nd mod noobs!!! now im never playing there....wen they merged naxx with emerald they deleted my lvl65 priest nd 5.2k gs hunter....only Dk remained...no othr char....nd DKs gear was stripped down frm 4.7k to 2.5k!!! i mean WTF!!!

Ive heard frm a lot of ppl that GMs aint recovering toons right now, only GM Soulseeker is recovering them if you PM him in forums.

uske pass bhi koi bahana hoga...i lost a pala like this long ago wen server was on 3x at patch 3.1.3 i personaly talked to nemesis but he said we cant recover cuz we dnt keep database fr much long we delete records etc

why on earth you are still trying to pull Pserver stuff man, u are on retail stick with it and move ur fat lady cow @ss a bit faster so we can run you though Ulduar and ICC

trust me kakay if you see those fights like Yogg, Vezax and Algalon u will forget about Pservers for ever

trust me mate, playing in a group is difficult thing and slow sometimes u have to pull ur partner or sometimes he/she will drag u a long way at the end of the day there will be no fun but a confusion of balancing the game play at both ends. I myself prefer to play alone specially leveling part, couz every one on WoW has its own strategy to level up some go with pure Lore, some go mix bag some go with/without profession and SOME PEOPLE JUST QUIT IT EASILY!.
