How can i create a PS Plus Account if my country is United States and i can't change it ? Help Please

the thing is,when i bought my PS4 years ago,i never wanted to play any online games,but now im thinking to play online games and also get games which are free and on sale on PS Plus,but the thing is,i have bank al habib debit card,and its saying to enter the adress details which are on my debit card,while my Ps4 is region 3 if im not wrong,and the country is U.S. now what can i do ?

PS4 region doesn't matter.

You can't use Pakistani cards on PS Store anyway since they're not supported.

The only way to buy PS Plus is to get PS Plus digital codes. They're sold on many online stores. Buy a code, redeem it, and you'll have PS Plus on your account.

Obviously since your account is US based, only buy digital codes for US Dollars, as they're available in other currencies as well.

If you want to get PS Plus, you have to buy a PS Plus membership digital code. That handles the membership. You can get a 1 month, 3 month or 12 month subscription.

For buying games from PS Store, you just need to buy a PSN card. It's available in many different amounts, 10, 20, 30, 50 dollars etc.
It also requires you to redeem a code. Once you do, the balance will be added to your account and you can buy whatever you want from the PS Store with that balance.
