u should be bit more specific, are u concerned with brand or type? if u want just weight gainer then no need to supplement ur body, if u need to increase ur mascularity then just whey protein (best manufacturers=muscle tech, optimum whey gold) if u want ur body to be more in defination then u need creatine mono hydrate ( best manufacturers=pro lab)
but u will need a recovery stimulater if u train hard in gym with creative treatment which are nitrous and whey protein.

Whoa hold on guys. u dont know about his body structure, his metabolism rate,his workout level,his diet and yet ur suggesting him supplements ?? it doesnt work like one wakes up in the morning and thinks "today i should get more mass" or "gee i wonder if i should get more muscles".

@OP. try taking more protein in your diet. increase your intake of protein, it will help u gain muscles. can u tell me about your diet, your current weight/height, your workout level ? are u doing lifting at all ??

i remember once he told me abt his height and wieight which were 5.11 and 65kg something , if u calculate its bmi then he falls in normal category. yeah i do agree that suplementing the body also depends upon other factors i.e activity level, metabolic rate, body type , routine diet and sleeping routine.
we are just answering the question which thread maker asked in this thread, neither he asked us to provide him the reason behind choosing the supplement nor he provided us enough info to guide him properly.

after getting in the morning i take 1 dozen of boiled eggs,,,,,,,,,,,,,,thn after an hour i i take 1 litre of milk with 4 breads .............................................thn at 12 o clock i ate a dozen of banana thn at 2pm i eat 500gm boiled beef and two potatos .....................thn at 5 pm i go to gym....................................after 7pm ieat a bolied rice and half chicken.......................
at 11pm i once again take a litre of milk ang go to sleep...................................

your protein count sounds ok but on the other hand the fat level is high too (assuming that milk is not skimmed).u gotta split your diet in protein + carbs + fat (protein should be 50%,carbs should be 30% and fats should be 20%)

having said that, the next major thing is your workout. do tell me your workout intensity and how u have split it in days. how many days u workout in a week? the duration?

PS: try just eating the whites of the egg (throwing the yolk) coz thats just bad fat.

again, just saying its hardcore doesnt exactly make it hardcore. maybe u should hire a trainer. maybe theres something wrong in how u r doing the liftings.

PS: checkout the bodybuilding forums(forums.bodybuilding.com).there are alot of guys doing bulking there. u can match their workout programs/diet with yours. i believe with hard work u can achieve anything. ur not a scientific mystery and the rules apply to u too.
