[HELP] Buying a used ps4

Hello,
So I recently found this deal for used PS4 systems, a used ps4, a controller, power cables, hdmi cable, charging cable, box and Drive Club for 21500, and without the game it's 20000. It's a fat PS4, is the deal a scam or is the price justified?
Also, what do I need to check before buying a used console. The last time I bought a new console was my xbox and it has fucked up a lot so I'd prefer buying a good condition used console this time to avoid wasting money(also paisay nahi hain itnay to get a new console and those expensive titles too, sadreactsonly).
If anyone knows of a better deal/dealer in Lahore, agar 3-4 hazaar uppar bhi hojaien but I get a good deal around 24-25, I'd happy.

Depends which fat one they're trying to sell you.

The 10xx series are the first batch of consoles. They're absolute trash, plagued with issues and if anyone is charging you 20k for one, you have my full permission to Abuses will lead to ban slap them.

The 11xx series are slightly more refined, but they're noisy and the disc tray will eject your disk randomly and cause you to rage at the console. I didn't experience this with my 11xx model, but my cousin did and when he brought his PS over to my house, it would literally eject the disc every 15 minutes or so. Mine was fairly noisy though and would heat up very quickly.

The 12xx series has no issues as far as I know and the power and eject buttons are actually 'clicky' and not capacitive touch buttons like the 10xx and 11xx series.
If you're getting a 12xx model for 20k with no games, I'd say it's a good deal.

30k is a bit too much, at max 24-25k cause games are expensive too, I come from an Xbox 360. Aadat kharab hochuki hai.

1100 for 20k isn't a good deal and 25 for the 1200 is crap. I've seen the new 20xx Slim models being sold (used) for 25-26k, so to buy the fat one for that price is a waste.

I stopped using FB and messenger.

Slim shouldn't be more than 26k (for a 500GB model) since new ones are like 28-29k now.

FB is too distracting, Messenger is crap on Android.

24.5k for the fat one? That's still a bit steep but I guess it's acceptable. Maybe rates in Lahore are higher. Idk.
