have question about iphone data (please answer)

Last night i was in karachi for work.

Today i decided to make some eid shopping and i decided to go out

Two guys just put the gun on my head and i give them everything i have.

My question is i give them my iphone 6s plus, i did not have enable the option to find my iphone in setting.

i do not care about the phone, personal data is important to me is it safe?

iphone is locked with my Fingerprint.

If they try to unlock my data will be deleted?

If it doesn't have find my iPhone, they will reset it and use it themselves or sell it.

Basically your data will be wiped, but they still get to use the phone and they're not locked out. You can however report the IMEI to police or PTA so it gets blocked.

I did not enable the (find my iphone option) in icloud. (i disable all the option in icloud setting)

because i don,t want my personal data upload at iphone server that why i disable each option there.

My main concern is data.

When the fingerprint security removed, its mean my data will be deleted?

They will reset the phone, it will remove your data and your fingerprint.

Call PTA first, 0800-25625 and then you can call Police and let them know the phone was stolen and if you want, other details about it. Though I doubt they'll do anything except just block the IMEI.
