the pings will be fine but the netcode of the game itself is messed up and even after a year some of the bugs havent been fixed. So if you want it for free roam stuff and some races i would say get it on a sale but if you want some proper teamwork shit like Heists, dont waste your money
Thank you. Meaning the things that require more finesse and better pings arent playable?

I dont think games have looked any better since 2019 onwards and they are performing worse and worse. Game developers have really dropped the ball.
