GPU usage 100% and high temp

Aoa, i have a R5 M330 AMD on Laptop Core i5 5 gen 8gb RAM.
Now when in power options i turn the AMD PowerPlay to high performance on simple games which are not heavy the gpu usage goes 100% and temperate 90+ and rising till shutdown.
When i turn the PowerPlay to battery saving mode then i got 60-70 temp but crap FPS. Any help?
Why does the GPU go to 100% and how do i fix it? Its like simple game not even graphic heavy and will go full usage. And shutdown from overheating on 100C

Probably needs a good clean & service. Clean the fan, heatsink and change thermal paste, Arctic Silver 5 or equivalent.
