Probably you GPU is in final breathes.

But you could try your GPU on another Mobo. Ask any close friend to favor you.
Also, make sure your PSU is not weak.

BTW which brand is your GPU? Is it a reference model?

PSU is fine. its cooler master and its silent pro series 900W., also everything was fine. like perfectly fine.
GPU is GIgabyte Windforce edition.

what i think and whats making me go for repairing is that there must be some very small issue, like rust or something with GPU.

I was unable to found any GPU repair guy when my r7-265 was dead. People here do different "JUGARS", Like cleaning card with petrol or spirit.

For future note, always keep expensive electronic in a dust proof environment (plastic bag for example).
My PS One always had problems when I would stop using it during exams. Then I started this practice and even after 7 years of storage, it worked like a charm.

If nothing else works you can try baking your GPU.

Remove maximum amount of plastic material from it and put it in the oven for 10-15 min at max temperature.

If you're lucky it may be revived.

If your going to bake your gpu, make sure you don't use that oven again because toxic vapors are released from the gpu which could contaminate food.

On the side note, baking does work sometimes. Watch linustechtips's video on it.

Gaming Tech Pakistan - Home | Facebook contact this person. I think he has fixed quite a few GPU's before which had errors of no display and stuff. But first make sure its not your PC thats at fault for example you can try changing DVI-HDMI Cable, trying another monitor or another PSU/MOBO
