GPU 100% in simple games

Aoa, i have a R5 M330 AMD on Laptop Core i5 5 gen 8gb RAM.
Now when in power options i turn the AMD PowerPlay to high performance on simple games which are not heavy the gpu usage goes 100% and temperate 90+ and rising till shutdown.
When i turn the PowerPlay to battery saving mode then i got 60-70 temp but crap FPS. Any help?
Why does the GPU go to 100% and how do i fix it? Its like simple game not even graphic heavy and will go full usage. And shutdown from overheating on 100C

WS.... your laptop gpu is not that good.. 100% usage is normal and stupid amd have heatup problems.. but if u dont had those problems before then try changing thermal paste of your laptop by going to shop
