Getting high ping in csgo dubai servers lately

So i have connect internet and I have the red 4mb package which is 1800 a month. The ale reason of getting connect internet was to get decent ping. I used to get the following ping 10 days ago.Dubai 50msIndia 75msSEA 90msDota 2 and csgo were running great without any problem. Lately I am getting high ping in dubai and india. 175ms in dubai and 200ms in india. I cant play the game. I am getting 100ms only in SEA only but I dont play in SEA. I have friends in dubai and now I cant play with them. If someone else having same problem plz tell here. And if someone knows how to fix it then plz share.Thanks in advance

it's opposite for me, i was getting 40-50 on dubai 30-40 on india and 90-100 on SEA but now i am getting 23 on dubai, 150 on india and 185 on SEA :/ i can't play with most of my friends now.
