Just finished watching the first episode. It was pretty good. IMO it will take some time to build up the characters in order for the show to be more enjoyable. The intro scene was total WIN!

And the last scene was very disgusting, good thing they left it at a cliffhanger though.

EDIT: Just saw the trailer of the upcoming episode and man, that was truly intense :eek:

Can't wait for the second episode now.

Sadly I've undertaken a policy to enjoy the shows to fullest and that is to watch Completed Series only. Seems like I've to wait till June to check this out

LOL. But then what about season 2? Its going to be quite some time till this show ends, June is only the end of season 1.

I cant wait till its monday. I'm excited.

Btw I think Bran Stark survived by falling directly on his direwolf. But I think the direwolf died. Also Bran Stark might be in a coma (if thats even possible in that time)

Yep. I think so too. But let's wait and see. Poor kid was just climbing. :(

BTW 2nd episode's preview was so damn good! I hope that the Queen's son gets killed. Make it even.

Not, possible. Ned(Eddard) and King Robert are the best of friends. Plus King Robert is the King of all Westeros. He'll have anybody killed who'll touch his son.

I really liked Bran and Arya Stark btw, so I dont want Bran to die.

Intro was awesome! Pretty good pilot. Interesting characters and well acted all around. Definitely gonna watch this show now.

Ed Stark reminds me of Triple H. And his daughter Sansa looks too much like Astor (Dexter).

LOL @ everyone calling the 'bastard' bastard all the time. This is worth watching for Peter Dinklage alone :lol:

No man. I am against that. Sometimes I like to take a gap between episodes. Also there are others who like to see a bunch of episodes in one go (like hAt3br33d and Khwaja). By having spoilers in this thread we are going to isolate such people and they wont be able to participate. This Monday for example I am going to delay watching episode 2 because people from my work place are going to come over and then we're going to watch ep 1 and ep 2 all together

If a show has its own dedicated thread then it becomes a little inappropriate if you keep discussing it in the TV Show thread since there is a separate discussion already going on somewhere else.

If you really insist on having spoilers then lets get a vote. But I'll definitely become less active if spoilers become present.

The "imp" rules. People are already thinking hes going to win an award. Such an interesting character, so much potential there. And ya nobody cares that they call Snow the Bastard, how sad. Hes like Meg from Family Guy, LOL. And hes like a nice guy too

Well, I watched the episode today and to be honest is was below average considering that the first one was quite good. The story didn't pickup as it was supposed to, though I loved the slaps. *spoiler alert* :D

Me too, It's alot more fun to watch a whole season in one go over the weekend then to wait a week for Evey episode.I'm really excited about this show and I'm gonna start watching as soon as the last ep of the season hits the net.

Second episode is up, download finished. Gonna start watching it. Good luck to people who use torrents, I used Rapidshare.
