Want To Buy Galaxy Note 20 Ultra USB Connection Error

Bros when I connect My Note 20 Ultra to my Laptop USB with a USB cable for transferring files and media etc, I get this error.

I bought the USB cable from the market because you know the cable in the box is only USB Type C.
My Note 9 was connecting fine with its cable.
Is it the cable problem which I bought or something is wrong with the Mobile?

I agree with error, it's definitely a cable problem. If you want the latest drivers to get automatically installed, I'd recommend removing all old drivers and just installing the Samsung Smart Switch Windows app. It includes drivers in it, so install that, reboot and try with a different cable.

@error @murtaza12 thanks. You were right it was the faulty cable. I returned that cable and bought new and now it is working.
