Full Frame Camera Under 2 Lac

Aoa, i'm looking to purchase my first full frame camera. I currently own a Nikon D5500 and I'm making the switch to full frame. Currently I'm considering the Nikon D750, Canon 6D mark II and the Canon EOS RP as they're all under 2 lac which is my budget. Please help me with this decision and whcih one should I go for or should I go for something else? Thanks!

I realize that this is an old thread that @NaNoW has bumped after many months

But if you are still looking for a full frame camera on the cheap, I would suggest waiting for the upcoming (rumored) Sony A5 (or whatever it is called). In my opinion that would be a better long term investment into a system that is growing faster than every other.

Isn't α6400 an APS-C camera?

One thing to also consider is the lens compatibility and how many lenses do you currently have for your D5500. Secondly since D5500 is an APS-C, if you would be buying a full frame camera, you may need to get a full frame lens as well otherwise you won't be taking advantage of it completely.

Second thing is if you still want to go with a DSLR or get Mirrorless. What would be your primary usage of the camera? Photography only, videography only, or both. You need to check your area of interest and which aligns with which.

I bought an α7iii last month but that goes way over the budget of 2lacs.
