the manga feels like a sketch book.. but m hopeing aswell tht it doesnt go on hitus.. so we can see more of the Phantom Troupe Spiders again.

Yeah, I hope the anime focuses more on Kurapika this time, his side of story was left with a lot of untold stuff. The fight between Hisoka and Kuroro also need to happen in the anime.

I don't know, I watched both versions but I loved the 99 version. Great music, in depth story and good character art. The only single downside is that the next episodes were not included

99 had short story but there were a lot fillers i'm myself a fan of 90s and early 2000s anime because of originality and soundtrack. Still 2011 is a must try.

the 99 version also gives more depth to characters. Killua is not just Gon's sidekick, he has a main character like personality and exposure. Hisoka is portrayed as a much evil and ruthless guy, rather than being just a bully.
To those who haven't watched Hunter x Hunter, I would highly recommend that they watch the old version and continue the story with new version.
