Yeah, It's got cross play b/w PS3, PS4 and PC AFAIK. If you're gonna dive into a subscription based MMO you might as well get into WoW or something but if you're a really die hard FF fan then sure whatever. i'm just saying

Have this game on the PS4.....considering the price youll be paying per month, its pathetic. The gameplay isnt that good to justify its price....you can get a much better experience playing Dark Souls 2.

Me and R3Z0N own it on PS4. Yes, it is good enough. This is my first ever MMO and i like it very much. Although be warned, it will take a while before you are able to understand and love the gameplay. In the beginning, there will be plenty of fetch quests, the epic stuff comes later once we pass these.

There is a complete story with bosses and villains and what not, and all types of Final Fantasy fan service like battles with Final Fantasy summons (Ifrit, Leviathan) etc. But like i said, this requires a lot of time and dedication to understand it fully, but once you do, it is fun.

Also i can't stress enough, but even if you are a complete noob in MMOs, you can easily play it. It is not that hard to get into.

If you get it on PS4, add me up. My PSN ID is PGDarkLordMalik and i play on NA/EU Ultros server. Ping quaity is "Excellent" as per the game, and i really don't notice any sort of lag so far.

I also created another character on the Asian server and "Asura" world but i am currently playing with NA/EU character on "Ultros" world. So if you feel like playing with some PG member, add me up

P.S If you want to get it for cheap, just buy the PS3 version for $25 and upgrade to the PS4 version for free. Otherwise the regular PS4 version digitally will cost you $40.

It is great for die hard FF fans like me. Plenty of fan service and runs like a charm on the PS4. The controller controls are perfect for it.

I am still in the beginning, like at Level 12(Max is 50), lol. Rides like Chocobo/Horses and Magitek Armor are quite far, i think.

I am playing it with NeoGAF members, i applied in their guild and got in. Being in a guild has its share of benefits.

Buying it the first time will get you 1 month for free. After that, you can buy more game time from the SE store, which will require credit card.

I am afraid, i won't be much help here as i haven't really tried buying or extending my game time. But if i had to do it, my guess would be credit card as per the posters on GAF.
