EagleGet a Free & Great alternative of IDM

Been using it for the past few days to download big size files as idm would give file corrupt error sometimes even when the download was 99% downloaded. With eagleget not getting any problems using them both atm

So far going good with eagleget but no need to go to any plugin screen in chrome for any kind of integration , it is working fine by default ...but i have to mark " auto categorize downloads " and change " default download folder" for mirroring idm alike ... downloading speed is going good not noticeable for comparison when i tried to count it from stop watch by downloading programs from filehippo .. also for me i have to click on silent mode and now i get no sound when downloads complete. same like idm totally ... but for some people this feature may be enabled

i am seeing no recognition of videos for dailymotion but facebook youtube vimeo is going fine with EagleGet. @Juste i must say one thing that is definitely noticeable is that i am seeing no more annoying prompts for downloads on anywhere in web pages while browsing, like i see usually on any latest or old or any version of idm. actually one of my friend use to disable idm temporarily bcoz according to him when you are not going to download anything but only browsing webpages sometimes idm unnecessarily prompts you for download in a webpage on a corner or side which is annoying .. so i must say thanks to juste for finding eagleget for us.

what if proxy is changed for system with surfing tunnel etc? Does it downloads youtube videos then?

one thing else, a bit off topic, but i got no other choice. why ytpak.com and youtubes.pk don't support 1080p resolution of a video?
