like im getting high ping spikes plus packet loss in game while if i ping the server from the command prompt at the same time i'm getting spikes and oakcet loss in game the command prompt shows perfect pings plus 0% packet loss

Bad news, EUW problem on PTCL will not be resolved even after the completion of maintenance on SMW4, *sigh* It's a valve issue. I've been trying to get it sorted out but there have been a lot of issues and the current one might take a few more weeks as well (as per Valve).

Just go with any ISP that gets bandwidth from Transworld (TW), I believe fiberlink/stormfiber/TW themselves should give you <160ms to EUW.

its really bad since 2 days. dubai and eu are rekt for me since a couple of days usually i get around 60 and 160 ms respectively but right now im getting 140 and 280 respectively

Run a tracert to confirm but I do think you're on PTCL now and if that is the case then try asking connect to move you back to TW.

doesn't seem like ptcl to me. btw do you have any sort of explanation as to why the packet first goes to worldcall then connect?
