Does anyone know the source of this water cooling video

I stumbled across this video being diacussed on a tech forum and then I saw it again being posted on Reddit. The video shows a guy passing what looks like water through his graphics card heatsink.

As you can see in the video, it looks like it's from Pakistan - hence why I'm posting it here. Anyone have any idea who this is or what is even going on here?
