Condition: The physical condition is perfect but there is some dust in the bottom corners of the display. It's absolutely negligible while consuming media/playing games and is only visible when you play close attention to it. By all means don't buy if you don't like that. For this reason I will not be shipping this monitor for now as I don't want someone to complain later on. Check it to your heart's content I have laid out the only problem that I know of. It is difficult to take a picture which accurately shows it.
Warranty: 16 month official warranty from Dell Pakistan. The product had 3 year warranty and now it's a little over 1 year remaining. The dust issue does NOT come under warranty claim.
