(Dell m4600) Laptop doesn't boot properly

Last night i swapped Dell m4600 laptop HDD with SSD & started fresh Windows install (that i have done many times on similar laptop.
All steps went well until Windows installation reached 100% & it restarted.
After restarting, it start giving error "No operating system found" and sometimes simply blank screen.
I changed HDDs also used different Windows 7 & 10 ISOs but same error comes up.
Laptop dsnt identify HDD upon restart after windows installation finished.
I have also used different BOOT PRIORITIES & Different UEFI or Legacy settings or even Default settings.
Although Ssd or HDD is shown in BIOS & at time of Windows installation/formatting etc...

Put SSD in another laptop & installed windows on it, it worked f9. Then took same ssd having installed windows & putnit back in Dell m4600.
Laptop started normally but crashed, then i launched Windows repair but it couldn't repair.
Tried to enter SafeMode bt still no success...

I am sure its related to boot options, go in bios and set this ssd as default booting option, is the old hdd still booting fine ?

I hav selected SSD as 1st boot, no success.
None of HDD is working.

then its very strange if its original drive isnt working aswell.
