Despite what I think, it's the 2021 1st runner up. Works for meee 🤣

Nothing against Deathloop, though. There were simply games that I liked more last year, namely Metroid Dread, Ratchet & Clank: A Rift Apart, Guilty Gear Strive, and Returnal 🤷‍♂️

I wonder who's 'bright' idea it was to map dodge to L3; easily the most awkward button placement for this kind of a mechanic that I've come across 🤦‍♂️
Truly an awful way to play the game.
The only downside is that whatever was originally set to L1 gets mapped to L3
How would that help when the dodge and sprint logic is tied to the same button 🤣
And all I had to do was map L3 to one of the paddles 🤷‍♂️ 🤜

Also, sprint and dodge are still tied to the same button (or rather, paddle) here. What I'd rather have is an in-game setting that binds dodge to a different button and leaves sprint on L3 🤷‍♂️🥴

Nahi kar saktay; both the left and right paddle will still perform both actions 🤣

It's really jarring to see Colt perform a dodge and then transition over to the sprint when running forward 🤷‍♂️

Issue to button placement ka hai. 🥴

No more relying on left stick L3 and L1 can stay at its default button mapping 🤜

Lagta hai ultra wide se impress hogaya CerebralTiger in Deathloop. Thought he would be focusing on the frame time graph instead. 🤷‍♂️🤣

Hopefully, they add this along with a 40fps RT mode on PS5 for those with 120Hz displays.
Want sum....better performance with RT? 🥴

The game definitely degrades in performance over time (I recently played it over a few days around new year). 3-4 level loads max, and the game started stuttering for me. The game otherwise runs great with ray-tracing etc. for me, but I had to restart the game every few levels to prevent performance degradation. By doing that I had a smooth ride. Didn't like the game much by the end though, but that's another story.

The game probably has a memory leak going on.

Ryzen 9 5900X, RTX 3070 Ti, 32 GB RAM
4K DLSS Performance should do easy locked 60 on 3080 (it hovers between 70-100 for me with 3080, 12700k). Maybe the stutters you are describing is the infamous memory leak that was introduced in the most recent patch? It made me quit my playthrough, because VRAM crashes and restarting every level load to avoid bad stutter was too much for me.

Read between the lines. Don't trust her day 1 performance 🤣
