DF and VG Tech provide videos that give greater context than a simple chart (which doesn't even clearly indicate necessary information, anyway). Necrokiller coming up with stuttering 0.2% of the duration of his capframex test suggests that he only traversed doors for that specific period.
I shouldn't have to highlight how horrible a game feels when it stutters each time you transition into another area. Another example is Returnal, which exhibits similar behavior on both PS5/PC. At least Dead Space stutters far less on PS5/Series X compared to PC during these door transitions
