Yeah, look at the segment from 1: 48 to 1: 53 .. that swinging enemy looks like every other animation is missing and the engine is doing a half baked job of interpolation.

Yup, there's some weird stutter both times he tries to swing his baseball bat. More noticeable the 2nd time. It's as if half way across he has a change of heart or something :ROFLMAO:

Some AI issues are apparent and the whole katana thing is weird but tbh some degree of discrepancy is expected in a game of this scale. I just hope it is not something common.

When you see that the usual people "criticising" generally enjoy shallow linear games, and even those exhibit insane amount of bugs and glitches, that level of common sense goes out the window anyway :p

For instance, games like early Asscreeds, Skyrim, Fallout, Deus Ex, BoTW, Mass Effect, are all mediocre at best in many areas if you break down their elements and compare them to games that primarly focus on that. Was Deus Ex ever the pinnacle of FPS? No. Is Mass Effect trilogy the best TPS? Nope. Is BoTW the pinnacle of third person action combat? Fuck no.

Considering these are things being seen in official pre release demos, where companies usually put out their best foot forward, it's most likely gonna be a lot more common than fans might like.

It's worth noting that these appear to be design flaws rather than bugs or glitches that need ironing out. Encounters using the katana, for example, are essentially poorly designed if it makes them so trivial. Same goes for the hopeless attempts of enemy AI to land melee strikes, as you literally run circles around them aka the strafe of death lol.

Also worth pointing pointing out that these days "putting the best foot forward" means faking demos to generate hype and the end result is internet chock full of bugs and glitches in the retail product for otherwise "polished" pre release demos.

Also, the TGS demo is updated from 2018 but still literally has the same work in progress disclaimer at the top, so obviously its an older build, not that people with an agenda would care. They are too insecure to pay attention lol

True, basically the same technique you can use to fight Nemesis in RE3 (PS1 version), wild swing, turn on axis slowly, repeat.

Melee looks better than Dishonored where enemy attacks would often hit from distances they shouldnt. Great work by CDPR (y)

Considering the game's roughly a month away, any build they should be touting should be as close to final as possible. So if they're bringing along month(s) old builds for trade show demos, that's also kinda their own fault regardless.

Naughty Dog kept showing the same bits and pieces from their faked E3 demo in the trailers leading up to the release.

The disclaimer is for the uncut gameplay while the other snippets are joined from various trailers we've already seen or just extended bits from the same previously shown footage.

The double standards here lmao

After the series X impressions I am really curios to see how this game performs on next gen consoles. I hope, I really really hope the next gen patch is not more than a couple of months after release. I mean how the fuck am i supposed to wait this long for a game like CP. Wished CDPR would have announced next gen upgrades by now given how close we are to the release.

Next-gen consoles might push the enhanced console modes at higher fps like currently backward compat does on Series X. But all the graphical features and ray tracing to match the PC version will come later in 2021. That's the more "robust" patch CDPR was talking about.

This is just a placeholder image. The game hasn't gone gold yet and its a bit too early for review copies.

    Not sure about Klipsch but if you're looking for good bookshelf speakers, Daraz has lots of Edifier speakers available, officially. Using R2750DB myself, purchased from Daraz.
