They definitely need not 1 but 2 or even 3 big patches to iron all the bugs and performance issues out. Hopefully it will be stable till March ( when I'll be getting my new PC )

My Ryzen 2600/1650super is having a hard time @ 1080 on medium-low settings. Driving the car is almost impossible because it has severe frame dipping randomly.

First-ish console comparison video

- PS5 and XBSX|S are last-gen versions in BC mode, they are not native ports.
-PS5/XSX have similar Performance modes targeting 60 FPS. PS5 seems to be slightly better at sticking to 60.
-XSX has "quality" mode but video author didn't notice much difference outside of drop to 30 FPS mode and recommends sticking to Performance mode.
-XSS is decent.
-Base XBO and PS4 run around 720p (as per author) and have subpar performance, One S specifically is flat-out terrible.
-No comments on XBX or Pro.

Like I said some time back, I feel sorry for anyone who will play this on consoles. And well, here are your first reviews:

It's funny then, that people are blaming critics for giving it a "free pass" on PC.

Giant Bomb quick look, running on PC with 2070S, bugs and framy-ness is visible and commented on from the first few mins. The console versions are butchered extra, but the PC version is pretty buggy too.

Cyberpunk's move to an open world city demands a different approach and the team has delivered

From top to bottom, the fully realised vision of Night City delivers meticulous granularity alongside a vast sense of scale

When you combine these materials with the lighting engine, the result is something that can appear almost photorealistic at times

When you engage in combat, pulling up your weapon and using the dynamic cover system actually feels closer to a proper shooter than a typical RPG and it's the animation work that helps sell it.

In conclusion, this is a next generation game

Of that, there was never any doubt.

Alright so far pretty good experience played like for 2 hours straight with only minor FPS dips and a few texture popins... FPS stays consistently at 60 but dips to 30 or maybe 20 even but it does it in places where it doesnt make sense like there isnt much going on.. gunfights went pretty smooth and a pretty good experience so far i must say
