CSS server connection problem on PTCL.

Hey guys,
I recently got PTCL (about 3 weeks ago) and can barely connect to any css server on it. I've tried alot of times but it just gets stuck at either "Connecting to server" or "Parsing game info". If this has happened to anyone else and if they know the solution, please tell me. By the way, the problem is not the game, it worked fine with Wateen. Also, I'm using a ZTE modem.

same problem here ....i am also a PTCL USER i think the problem is not being a ptcl user i think its some thing else..... the ist 2 days the game worked fine and now it gets stuck on "Parsing game info" i am talking about counter strick source.... and i am exhausted of searching for 4 days ...cant serch no more any help would be nice .

uh,

im also using ptcl but css worked f9 when i used to play.

i think the problem is in the patch file,

why dont u guyz try the latest version of the patch, or if u have the latest then try the previous 1

Ok.. If you cannot join the Linkdotnet servers then I can help you guys.. Im the admin on the servers and they changed alot of things so if you guys have trouble joining those servers tell me and I'll help you out..

Ok Firstly you need to patch up.. We've introduced two new patches to fix lag and stuff.. You can download em here.

Now update the game with these patches and try joining the servers.. It 'might' work.. If it doesnt than
*Download the file below. This will also fix your favorite server list.*

Extract the file to your desktop. Go through the RevEmu folder and copy paste the following files to the 'Counter-Strike Source' directory **NOT CSTRIKE**:

\bin
\platform
rev.ini
revApps.ini

If for some reason that does not fix your problem, put this file in your bin directory in the main counter-strike source folder.

Haseeb after you've installed the patches you have to install the other two files I have posted after the patches and put them in the respective folders.... That should make the game work and it will also fix your adding servers in favourites problem.. If you want to see if you can connect to the servers just open the console using the ` button and type connect ip of server and press enter and you should connect.
