Cs 1.6 Ucp

A month ago i bought a laptop from my friend for gaming....
Then After Few Days I was desperate to play cs 1.6 the server is ucp protected i used to play on this server long ago

So... When i opened The Game cs 1.6 i got error that ucp has crashed
After A lot Of Searches And Struggle My Friend Told ME That someone tried to cheat on ucp so that it wont work anymore unless you format it or PAy me 500 to fix it
So if anyone here know how to fix this then plz help me..

Your friend asking you to pay 500 for fixing your issue ? are you sure he is your friend lol.. you should search google for the solution.. as your so called friend might also have got it from google.
