I originally built this system at the end of December 2009. Over the years, I've swapped numerous parts after getting rid of the old ones. Alhamdolilah, it has never let me down. I've used it with extensive care and have yet to experience any serious bottlenecks in gaming.
No issues whatsoever. Motherboard is in 100% perfect condition. No burnt capacitors, no issues with ports or otherwise. GPU is brand new, as it was given to me in place of R9 390 warranty claim in Jan 2017. PSU is in perfect working condition. It was bought from IMX store in 2015 and has never been opened.
All items can be purchased separately, except [CPU+Mobo+Case].

While I can ship the stuff on buyer's risk and expense. Personally though, I wouldn't recommend it given the level of quality of service rendered by the courier companies of Pakistan. Location is in Lahore. You're welcome to come at my home and inspect the stuff and pay on the spot. None of the items is under warranty, so you'll have to kindly thoroughly check the stuff on the spot. Note for some stuff I might give you 1-2 days checking warranty, depending purely on circumstances.
