Call of Duty Vanguard currently has some performance issues. On the Xbox Series consoles the frame rate can briefly drop below 20fps when passing certain points on the map. On PS5 there can occasionally be very large frame time spikes that can occur.

There is also a bug where starting the game in the 120fps mode causes noticeably degraded performance in this mode (Edit: The footage starting at 13:25 shows this degraded performance). This bug can be fixed by turning the 120fps mode off and then back on again while in-game.

Nah, 99% means 99% (actually 99.98% on PS5 here)

The issue wasn't seen happening in the 120fps mode (that's how I played it). From the side-by-side comparison, PS5 is the most stable version in this mode as well

That 120Hz bug is odd, though, much like the DualSense haptics, which need to be disabled and then re-enabled for them to work. Should be fixed in a future patch

Populatity builds a commoooonity. A commooonity is what determines the quality of a game's multiplayer

I guess Game Pass helped, but once you unsubscribe, it's no longer yours

And it has like 25 Million logged users since its release in 2018, when it nailed its most essential component lol. There have been 4 CODs released since then
